  12.           pbmpscale N [ pbmfile ]

  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Reads a portable bitmap as input, and outputs a portable
  16.           bitmap enlarged N times. Enlargement is done by pixel
  17.           replication, with some additional smoothing of corners and
  18.           edges.
